Known Issues
Please note, users with Deep Publish 3.x/4.x will lose the ability to publish when Deep View is installed via the web cab installer. Deep View only overwrites Deep Publish in this particular scenario. To avoid this users may download the latest Deep Publish for free.
In some instances, Adobe will overwrite the Microsoft Office Word menu options for Deep Publish after upgrade. This can be fixed simply by closing and reopening Word. Deep Publish menu options will appear and work now.
Please use Cortex to update your existing Right Hemisphere products. It is located at Start Menu > Right Hemisphere > Cortex. In the case of updating Deep Publish an error message appears on the next launch of the product. You will need to go to Add/Remove Programs and click "Change" to repair the upgrade process. This will be fixed in the next release.
Installation
Before installing Deep View at any time, we advise closing all applications.
Troubleshooting
3D graphics use more resources (memory) than 2D. If you experience memory difficulties, decrease the size of your screen resolution.
